Privacy Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

This policy explains how Gabe Dymmel (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use gabedymmel.com and the client portal (the “Services”).

Information we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
  • Account & portal: your email address and authentication data used to sign you in.
  • Agreements you sign: when you electronically sign a retainer agreement, we record your legal name, the timestamp, your IP address, and a cryptographic hash of the agreement text as the signature audit record.
  • Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly.
  • Project content: requests, messages, and files you submit through the portal.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, provide and maintain the portal, process payments and invoices, keep records required by law, and protect the security and integrity of the Services.

Service providers we share data with

We use the following processors to run the Services. Your data may be stored or processed by them:

  • Vercel — website hosting and content delivery (processes request logs / IP addresses).
  • Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication.
  • Stripe — payment processing and billing.
  • Resend — transactional and notification email delivery.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations. Email privacy@gabedymmel.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
