These Terms govern your use of gabedymmel.com and the client portal (the “Services”), operated by Gabe Dymmel. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

We provide software development and technical consulting, plus a client portal for following project progress, sharing resources, and paying invoices. Some pages are public; the portal requires an account.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments & retainers

Invoices and retainers are handled in-portal via Stripe. The specific terms of any engagement — scope, fees, billing cadence, and cancellation — are set out in the separate retainer or project agreement you electronically sign. Retainer subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence and price shown at checkout until cancelled; you can request non-renewal from the portal, subject to the notice period set out in your engagement agreement.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Services unlawfully, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, probe or breach security, or disrupt the Services.

Intellectual property

Ownership of work product is governed by your engagement agreement. The site's content, branding, and code are owned by Gabe Dymmel unless stated otherwise.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
